Mindfulness and Positive Living

Hi there, I am back, sorry I have been away.

Over the last few years, I have, more and more, reached back into the roots of my lives quest: To help myself and others have a more fulfilling, more enjoyable and more free life. To this end, my studies into Zen and other Buddhism; Philosophy and its liberating qualities; Psychology the application of it to life: has led me to Mindfulness and Positive Living.

I have been running 'Relaxation, Meditation, and Self Hypnosis', it was a good foundation, thus developing it to be 'Mindfulness and Positive Living' will make it into one awesome course.
